Our service charges are 50% payable at the time of sale of agreement. The remaining 50% is payable at the time of registration.
Property sellers and buyers of property who avail of our services must pay us the above charges regardless of whether they enter into a contract with a third party or directly with the customer after we introduce them.
Even if the property we introduced is registered by one of your friends or family members, you must still pay us the charges amount due.
If you enter into direct contracts with buyers or property owners through us, without our permission, you will be liable to pay advisory charges to our company. This is completely against our terms. This may lead to legal action.
The property details provided on the website are provided by the owners. We review and post the information, but cannot guarantee its accuracy.
Photos and full details of your property will be posted on our website and other social media for promotion. If you do not wish this to happen, please let us know immediately.
